Our Shop Policies
Shipping
Please be aware that some of our products are made to order, or (as in the case of dice) may require extra finishing work. Please allow up to 10 business days for customized work or extra finishing. For items that are ready to ship, please allow up to 2 business days for shipping to happen. Once an item is shipped, the shipping time depends on the carrier and its current turnaround time, and we ask you to give the carrier plenty of time right now due to potential Covid issues and delays - especially for any shipments outside of the U.S. We generally ship through USPS, with tracking which can be followed on their website.
Returns
Please note that we generally do not accept returns. We are always happy to work on correcting any issues, though, so please do reach out to us through the Contact Us form, the chat widget, or via email. If there is an issue with an item that has been received, we will require photos of any damage or other problem that may have occurred, so that we may investigate what went wrong and how it can be rectified. Bath and beauty products are not returnable for hygienic reasons, so if there is a defect, we will most likely ask you to dispose of the item if we send another one out.
Customs
We do encourage custom orders and commissions! Please be aware that we may ask for up to 50% of the total cost up front, to help pay for supplies for your custom work. This up front portion is NOT REFUNDABLE once supplies have been ordered, so please make sure you are completely happy with any discussions or mock ups that have been completed. Some of our items are customizable in different ways already, but if you have a whole new idea in mind, please let us know!
